Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@excelvalley.com and send your item to Shenzhen, China.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
    Additional Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.  

Shipping

The item will have to be returned to Shenzhen, China. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

The Return Process

  1. You should contact us within 14 working days of purchase to inform us about the issue.
  2. Provide us with the sales order number and the last name of the original purchaser.
  3. We will provide you with the order and confirm with you the issued product.
  4. An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided.
  5. The RMA number has to be written on the box that you are sending back to us.
  6. Provide a copy of your receipt in the box.
  7. Your product will have to be shipped back to Shenzhen, China
